Growing up in London in the swinging sixties, Marcus has been in love with jazz, blues and soul music ever since. He took up the trumpet as well as vocals as a boy and trained classically. After completing his degree at London University Goldsmith's, he lived in Japan before settling with his wife and their three children in Hampshire.
Here, he spent twelve years as lead singer & front man for popular party bands 'Redzone' and ‘Night Train’, where he honed his live performance skills and became an expert in working with audiences of all ages and choosing the best songs for the occasion.
Solo since 2017, he brings his love for the music, wealth of live experience, and his exceptionally wide repertoire to your event
